SplittingQCD function directly taken from Mathematica file. Note: After removal of the cusp anomalous dimensions, the NLO kernel is a purely collinear term. As such, it should not distinguish between colour structures, and hence should contribute equally to Dire_isr_qcd_G2GG1 and Dire_isr_qcd_G2GG2. Hence one factor of 0.5 . Then, another factor of 0.5 is necessary, since the NLO kernel in the Mathematica file is normalised to CA, and not 2*CA (as is the case for the LO kernel above).
