Form deuterons in an event.

Create nucleon and anti-nucleon vectors.

Bind the combinations, make used nucleon energies positive, and return.

bool init ( )

Find settings. Precalculate table used to find momentum shifts.

Parse the settings.

Technical settings.

Check the configuration vectors.

Check each channel configuration.

Check final and initial state sizes.

Check the necessary coefficients are provided.

Find channel maxima and set the normalization.

Always require the proton first and add the deuteron.
